THE
S SERIES |
The
Building does not require heavy lifting gear or
specialist equipment for its construction. In many
cases, where the walls are not to be load bearing, the
Building may be fixed or bolted to an existing
concrete pad.

Pour
a simple floating concrete perimeter with a
channel to receive the arches. (If you will be
using a flat foundation, base connectors are
recommended.) |

Assemble
arches on the ground. The precision-made arch
panels bolt together quickly and easily with
only one-size bolt and fastener. Caulking and
neoprene washers ensure a weather-tight seal. |

Slide
arches into foundation channels and raise
upright. If only assembling and erecting
half-arches, use basic supports or scaffolding
to hold them in place and speed-up erection
process. |

Arches
are raised and progressively joined together.
Precision engineering ensures a snug fit.
Half-arches can be lapped and bolted together to
make a full arch. |
Seal
the arches at their base with concrete for
foundations with channels or bolt them to the
optional base connectors (for flat
foundations) |

Any
number of accessories or components can now be
added to finish off your building: endwalls,
insulation, man or garage doors, windows,
ventilators, and translucent fiberglass panels
(skylights). |
